Byron Fuel's 20% Nitro w/ 16% Lube or HPI 20% Nitro w/14% Lube: Which would be best for a .16 Megatech engine in a 1/10 scale Traxxas Rustler- Just bashing? Or are all fuels pretty much created equally Thanx

I use Byrons heli mix fuel. I like Byrons fuel, but also liked Sidewinder. Traxxas fuel is **** if you have a one way bearing.

Thanx guys, I still haven't taken my one way bearing out to clean it yet. Every time I want to run the car I need to spray the cylinder full of Nitro cleaner and pull the engine over a few times to stop the bearing from slipping or binding, I'm not sure which. I blamed it on the Traxxas stuff so I switched to HPI 14% lube ;it's almost gone and the problem has not gone away. Time for a tear-down I guess. I'll remember not to let the pull start come unwound Pipeous: like you said before,I don't want to wind the sucker up(nightmare)

I used blue thunder for a long time and it was fine. a rumour went around this year about them putting teflon in the fuel. I believe that is true. I didn't like the idea of gumming up the motor (I put slick 50 into my old van and ou should have seen what that did ewww)...
