How many turns from full clockwise shoudl the low end needle be, trying to fire up the ol rc10 gt.

every carb is different. you will have to go to the mfg site for factory settings.
another trick to start, set top needle close. close carb to idle position, then blow through fuel tub hooked to inlet. close low needle just until airflow stops then open 1-1,5 turns, but better finding factory settings if you can

and also when you set a motor, you want to set the top end first. once you get the top tuned right, you set the low end. ofna.com has a great tuning guide to save a lot of typing

It's the stock OS Max motor. I'd give you the full details, but it's downstairs, and i'm in a comfortable chair.
