Whats the best tool(s) to cut the body mount holes, engine cooling holes and rectangular holes??

I usually use a body reamer to mounting holes, and also use it to start off any other holes (such as engine cooling). After the hole is started with the reamer, I'll cut between holes with body scissors (similar to what you do with a drill & jigsaw), then clean it all up with the sanding disk on a Dremel. Dremels make ugly cutting jobs look pretty. Avoid sharp corners in any cuts you make - they'll weaken the body, and will likely be the first place to crack.
