Couple tiny vids, I taped a lens onto my broken camera for a test. still need to get focus set a little better but it works....

this is just a look at our helis.

here's fast bastard's heli in flight, just getting the gyro figured out.
Soon you get some good footage. FB brought out his vid cam. as soon as we get firewire, the vid will be up. He pulled off some really cool maneuvers yesterday and really close to the ground.....
first was a side rollover, inverted and back up.
second was an end to end flip.... I was wrenching my nexus and finding the stripped tail gear and I heard him go inverted so I looked over my shoulder to see the end of that, then the next one....
another side rollover that sort of turned into a funnel then kaos.... parts were spread out pretty good from that landing.
I too had a little mishap but only cost me a set of tailblades. my gyro wasn't right and I took off spinning and the vertical fin caught and bent into tail blades. a small tear in vertical fin (I wanted to try something with the red and black carbon kevlar anyway) and my carbon tail blades are toast. FB was trying my evo 50 tail blades (blue ones) on his heli so he tossed me his stock white ones.... eww not carbon? my evo looks naked now lmao
I have almost figured how to make the carbon tail booms now. I am just looking for the right sized wooden dowel to mould around. but probably won't be until fall before anything really develops there. aluminum works for me right now haha
