Don't get me wrong, nobody is getting blamed, what I was saying is that I would like more structure as to what gets done within the club... for IE. I had a plan (because I'm track director) as to what areas of the track would get worked on first, second, third etc... What happend is that none of the dirt out of the 3 truck loads was ever used to build up the actual jumps that John was describing a problem about. I hope that makes sense... anyway there is no doubt that the track is sweet right now.... and it will continue to get better and better all the time but it will get there with 20% better organization.
I got some pictures today, at about 4:00pm ... I'll post them soon.
We did put lots of dirt on those jump but the problem seems to be that the two that people land on loose the dirt so you start hitting the plastic and the last one is starting to get cracks in it

1) I agree that there is a problem with the #3 jump
2) whoever identifies a problem should tell the track director about it so that a solution can be worked on
3) out of the last 3 truck loads of dirt, no dirt was used on the actual jumps... where it was used was in between the jumps to raise the ground level for the watter to drain out of there.
Anyway, now that I know about this issue it will get fixed and we don't have to worry about it anymore.
So if there is other issues regarding the track let the Track Director know about it and it will get attention....

well this week, let's dig up that #3 drainage pipe, put some **** stuff down to start the jump, then cover it with the dirt that is there. done deal and fixed. 4 or 5 of us could do it in no time
I'll be out Friday for sure, tiesday is my first day on the new contract so I will be pretty busy getting stuff ready and what not.

John P. did a lot of work to the track today.... he sifter some idle dirt and gromed the infield areas as well... I helped a little.
I rounded up the landing area of the big jump so it more everything friendly.
Lots of people were out to practice and the track is mint.
Race tomorrow (Sat, May 13, 2006) be there about noon.
